ABOUT THE ABBY

Rental Rates

1 Bedroom apartments rent for $800/mth. 2 Bedroom (avg 850 sq.ft) rent for $900 but we have a couple at $1000/mth (950 sq.ft + private washer & dryer). Rent includes heat and water. Tenants are responsible for power (average $125/mth) and internet (if needed). Tenant Insurance with $2M Liability (about $300/yr) is mandatory. 


RENTAL TERMS & BUILDING POLICIES


  • Flexible Leases: Our minimum rental term is just 2 months, transitioning to a month-to-month (30-day) renewal thereafter so you are never tied down.


  • Smoke-Free Environment: To ensure clean air for everyone, the building is entirely smoke-free. We provide a designated smoking area at the rear of the property for your convenience.


  • Pet Policy: While we love animals, we maintain strict guidelines to protect our tenants from allergens and preserve the quality of our flooring and quiet spaces.


  • > We offer exactly two dedicated, cat-friendly apartments located on our lower floor, where one cat is permitted.


  • > Please note that dogs are not allowed in the building due to noise and potential floor damage risks.
