Rental Rates
1 Bedroom apartments rent for $800/mth. 2 Bedroom (avg 850 sq.ft) rent for $900 but we have a few at $1000/mth (950 sq.ft + private washer & dryer). Rent includes heat and water. Tenants are responsible for power (average $125/mth), internet and satellite TV (if needed).
Minimum Rental Term is 2 months and then renews every 30 days so tenants are not tied down. If you are interested in renting (or being put on a waiting list), please visit our Inquiries page.
